Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

You will run several projects at the same time across different departments and keep them on schedule, in scope and within budget.

The role covers the whole project lifecycle, from planning and solution design to budgeting, staffing and risk handling.

You will spend your time on workflow and business process analysis, turning gaps into clear requirements the teams can act on.

The company wants someone who can lead process change, bring teams and stakeholders along, and keep everyone informed.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple projects at once across departments, meeting deadlines, scope limits and budget targets.
• Manage each project from start to finish: planning, solution design, budget, resource allocation and risk.
• Review workflows and business processes to find inefficiencies and convert them into actionable requirements.
• Improve processes using process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Guide change management so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on integrating systems, processes and technology solutions.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on requirements gathering, progress and expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• A background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• A record of improving business processes and putting changes into products or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
• English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience applying AI to products or processes with measurable results.
• Nice to have: proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

This is a remote contract role.
