  • Partner with cross-functional delivery teams to keep solutions on scope, schedule, and budget, and build guidelines that scale across sites
  • Help evolve Adobe's Experiential Graphic and Brand program by strengthening the operations and partnerships behind it
  • Work closely with Workplace Strategy & Delivery, Global Site Operations, and Digital Employee Experience to improve programs, support site refreshes, and connect the spaces we build to the broader employee experience
  • Contribute to an experimentation and innovation program testing new approaches to onsite workplace experience
  • Champion inclusive design practices across every project you touch
  • What You'll Bring

  • More than 7 years working in architecture or interior design across a range of project types, with a portfolio that shows creative thinking
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience that demonstrates the same depth of craft
  • Proficiency in the design and construction process, from early programming, FF&E, through construction administration
  • Comfort navigating cross-functional relationships and presenting to collaborators
  • Experience with base building architecture and workplace strategy/programming
  • Experience crafting solutions for fast paced, technology driven organizations
  • Exposure to international or multi-region project delivery with willingness to travel for site visits as required

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in-house as a workplace designer or program manager on global buildouts
