The company is looking for a Lead SMB Program Manager to help shape and scale how our Europe SMB Sales organization operates. In this role, you will translate business priorities into scalable programs, sales processes, systems, workflows, and operating mechanisms. You will lead initiatives from problem definition and prioritization through design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is action-oriented, curious, and comfortable moving between strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution. You will collaborate across internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to improve operational efficiency, enhance seller productivity, and scale successful initiatives across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales process optimization across European markets by mapping, analyzing, and redesigning workflows; partner with Sales Leadership to scope and prioritize opportunities, estimate business impact and resource requirements, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
  • Analyze process flows to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and manual work; develop scalable solutions and collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement future-state processes.
  • Align with Sales Leadership on strategic initiatives and programs, customizing go-to-market approaches for regional markets
  • Monitor and analyze program performance and business impact to identify areas for improvement, using data and AI-enabled insights where appropriate to make actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of programs, from requirements gathering and scoping through implementation, training, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional needs.
  • Drive understanding and adoption of core processes among Sales, process owners, and partners through clear communication, targeted training, scalable enablement content, and effective change management.
  • Define problem statements, collaborate closely with technical partners (Product, Engineering, Sales), and help implement process automations, new tool integrations, AI-enabled solutions, and scalable workflows.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales tool usage, process efficiency, adoption, and data quality; analyze performance data to surface actionable insights and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Support the evaluation, rollout, and continuous assessment of new tools, systems, features or AI solutions that can help the team automate processes and scale effectively.
  • Share key learnings, operational best practices, and feedback to the Global Program Management team to drive consistency and enable scaling of successful initiatives worldwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business or customer operations, technical project management, or program management, ideally within SMB, channel sales, or digital advertising environments.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and curiosity, is comfortable working independently, and proactively solves problems by engaging directly with sales and vendor teams, diving into operational details to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with sales technology such as Calendly, Clay, and outbound prospecting platforms. Experience with Generative AI tools and their applications in sales operations, process automation, or productivity is also desired.
  • Skilled at establishing shared goals, aligning with and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale process redesigns or systems implementations from initial scoping through to rollout and adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems, surfacing actionable insights
  • Highly organized, able to meet rigorous deadlines while balancing multiple priorities, and recognized for strong attention to detail and consistent productivity in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics and deliver effective presentations or training to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with vendor management and SQL tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, communication science, media informatics, or equivalent practical experience
