Senior Automation Business Analyst

Description

Based in Budapest, Hungary, this role is hybrid.

You will sit in the Technology and Innovation team and build automation solutions that reach every business unit in an international organisation going through major change.

The company is an R&D-led biopharma business that uses AI to develop medicines and vaccines. The digital team uses AI, automation and experimentation to speed up research and support better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into technical specifications and work with developers to build automation solutions.
• Run automation projects worldwide across RPA, AI/ML, Power Automate and Intelligent Document Processing platforms.
• Analyse processes, spot where automation can help, and write thorough documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, write business cases, and manage project risks across functions.
• Help shape solutions through test strategies, user acceptance testing and business guidance.
• Write automation policies and standards, and keep a knowledge base up to date to support ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience on automation projects as a business analyst, data scientist or project manager.
• Understanding of RPA platforms, Microsoft Power Platform, AI frameworks and enterprise systems.
• Fluent English.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Preferred: experience in Finance, HR, Procurement or another business function.
• Preferred: a professional certification such as PMP, CAPM or Prince2.
• Preferred: Agile or Scrum experience.
• Preferred: a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or Business Administration.

Conditions

Hybrid working in Budapest, Hungary.

Salary range: Ft 15,680,000 to Ft 23,520,000.

Final pay depends on demonstrated experience, skills, location and other relevant factors.
