Cloud Catalog and Product Analyst

Description

The Cloud Catalog and Product Management Team sits within Cloud Operations. It maintains vendor catalogs and product portfolios across internal systems and platforms and helps onboard new vendors across the EMEA region.

In this role you will support catalog upkeep and projects for several vendors. The focus is on cutting errors, raising data quality and helping roll out new operating processes. You will work with business teams, local sales teams, internal departments, platform owners, IT teams and vendors to answer catalog and product questions.

You will work closely with Specialists and internal stakeholders to keep catalog data correct and current, and help resolve discrepancies involving materials and products.

You may also help introduce new processes, including automated systems for new services on the platform. The work calls for strong analytical skills, the ability to spot errors and process gaps, a drive to keep improving, and clear written documentation of business processes.

The team also supports the rollout of Cloud solutions across the company entities in Europe, which covers more than 22 countries. It works with Business Unit leaders and key partners to build workable strategies and deliver scalable systems across the region.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product data and help improve processes to raise operational efficiency.
• Handle catalog queries from EMEA countries through ticketing tools.
• Help put new operating processes in place for different vendors.
• Maintain catalog data and keep improving its quality.
• Support AI initiatives and automation tools that cut manual work.
• Help onboard new Cloud vendors when needed.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to work on your own and take ownership of assigned work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Skill with analytical tools, including data gathering, spreadsheets and BI or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Freshdesk is a plus.
• Understanding of the IT software, services or SaaS industry is an advantage.
• Experience in the IT channel, Pan-European distribution or software vendor environments is beneficial.

Conditions

Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.
