Description

Eligibility: you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, stay enrolled until the internship ends, and be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.

You need to be able to start in February 2027 and stay in the program until June or July 2027.

You will join the HP Indigo EMEA Industrial team, working across business analytics, commercial strategy, finance and AI-driven process improvement.

You will work with a regional team on real business decisions across EMEA. The work involves turning data into useful insights, improving how business opportunities are assessed, and making internal processes more efficient.

This role goes beyond reporting. The team wants someone curious and analytical who wants to understand how data shapes commercial decisions and who is willing to question current processes and test how analytics, automation and AI can improve them.

Responsibilities

  • Help analyze commercial opportunities by combining financial, pricing and business information to support fact-based decisions.
  • Gather and combine data from several sources, spotting trends, inconsistencies and insights you can act on.
  • Find repetitive or inefficient tasks and suggest how to simplify, standardize and scale them.
  • Test practical ways to use AI and automation to speed up analysis, improve data quality and cut manual work.
  • Turn complex information into clear dashboards, summaries and recommendations that business stakeholders can easily follow.
  • As your skills grow, own specific analyses or improvement projects from defining the problem through to the recommendation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization and analytics tools.
  • Some exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Basic understanding of financial analysis, pricing or commercial concepts.
  • Professional-level proficiency in additional languages.

Conditions

Paid internship at a global, technology-driven company.

Flexible schedule: part-time at 4 hours per day or full-time at 8 hours per day.

The internship lasts between 4 and 12 months.

Mentor assigned.

Open to students or recent graduates in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.

Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how businesses work.

Comfortable working with data, with good Excel skills.

Interest in AI, automation and new digital tools.

Able to structure complex information and explain conclusions clearly.

Proactive: you question whether a task could be done better rather than just following the process.

Able to work independently while collaborating with several stakeholders.

Fluent or strong professional English.

Benefits

  • Exposure to how a large technology business operates across EMEA, with hands-on experience in business and financial analysis, pricing and profitability, commercial decision-making and deal evaluation, data visualization and storytelling, process optimization and automation, and applied AI.
  • Work across functions and countries in an international organization, with chances to learn, develop professionally and network across teams.
  • Intern community with career development workshops, learning sessions and social activities.
  • Possible move into the HP Graduate Program after the placement.
  • Reduced-price lunches in the canteen.
  • On-site sports center with gym, squash, tennis and basketball courts, and more than 25 organized sports and wellness activities such as HIIT, squash, basketball and yoga.
  • NextGen Employee Network for regular events with other early-career professionals.
  • On-site medical services: doctor access, nutrition support, physiotherapy and general healthcare.
  • Free printing and hands-on workshops using the latest HP technologies, from large-format prints to 3D-printed models.
  • Easy commute: free parking or good access by nearby train.
  • Women Network initiatives: networking events, STEM promotion, business acumen talks, work-life balance sessions and future-skills development.
