AI Data Analyst Intern

Description

You will help change how the company operates by building AI agents that gradually take over tasks across key business workflows. You will work with business and technical teams to create data assets, turn workflow steps into reusable AI skills, and help develop the agents.

The company helps businesses turn shopper signals into commerce outcomes, using its own commerce intelligence and AI decisioning. About 3,600 people work across its offices worldwide and from home.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business workflows with process owners and split them into tasks, rules and decision points.
• Turn those tasks into reusable AI skills and instructions.
• Build datasets and knowledge assets that feed AI agents.
• Clean, label and document data so it is accurate and easy to use.
• Design and refine prompts for specific business needs.
• Help build and set up agents for critical workflows.
• Set guardrails, human approval steps and escalation paths.
• Write test cases and measure agent accuracy and reliability.
• Improve agents using feedback and share reusable best practices.

Requirements

• You are studying data science, engineering, computer science, business analytics or a related field.
• You have basic Python skills.
• You are familiar with SQL and structured datasets.
• You understand data quality and documentation principles.
• You are interested in LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation.
• You can break complex processes into clear, logical steps.
• You write clearly, including prompts, instructions and requirements.
• You are analytical, detail-oriented and methodical when testing.
• You are curious, proactive and willing to experiment and learn.
• You work well across business and technical teams and speak fluent English.
• You do not need to meet every requirement. Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn matter most.
