Description

The role sits within the Customer Service organisation and combines business administration, operational reporting, data analysis and work on using AI to improve how the function runs.

The aim is to make daily operations clearer and better coordinated, with documentation and insights that support decisions across the team.

It suits an early-career person interested in customer operations, business analysis and applying AI to raise efficiency, reporting quality and decision-making.

Success looks like timely reporting support, consistent follow-through on administrative and governance actions, clearer views of operational data and service trends, better process discipline and documentation, and practical use of AI to speed up team work and generate insight.

Responsibilities

• Help run administrative tasks for the Customer Service function, such as arranging meetings, tracking actions, preparing documents and following up on open items.
• Help keep operational trackers, governance records, reporting packs and service performance documents up to date.
• Gather, clean, organise and analyse data on customer service performance, including backlog, turnaround time, service trends and customer experience measures.
• Prepare regular and one-off reports, dashboards, summaries and slides for operational and management reviews.
• Help find recurring themes, performance gaps and operational problems that need attention, and support root-cause analysis.
• Help write up processes, standard operating procedures and workflow changes so the team works consistently and shares knowledge.
• Use AI tools to interpret data, summarise material, speed up reporting and administration, and support continuous improvement.
• Help identify where customer service reporting and admin workflows could be automated or simplified.
• Work with internal stakeholders to collect information, check data and support customer service improvement work.
• Contribute to special projects on service governance, operational excellence and business process improvement.

Requirements

• Strong interest in business analysis, customer service operations and process improvement.
• Careful administrative habits and attention to detail.
• An analytical mind that can read data and pull out practical insights.
• Interest in AI and digital tools that raise productivity and improve decisions.
• Good written and spoken communication.
• Ability to juggle several tasks in an organised, structured way.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other business productivity tools.
• Willingness to learn quickly, adapt and work well in a team.
• Preferred: currently studying toward, or recently completed, a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Preferred: experience with reporting, data analysis, customer operations or AI tools is an advantage.

Conditions

You must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, stay enrolled until the internship ends, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university.

You must be able to start in February 2027 and stay in the program until June or July 2027.

Choose a part-time schedule of 4 hours per day or a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day.

The internship lasts between 4 and 12 months.
