Description

The company runs marketplaces, SaaS products and AI tools that help doctors, clinics and hospitals work more efficiently. Each month it connects 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through several brands.

This role sets the direction for marketing analytics and designs the core data structure that moves marketing data into business systems and BI tools, working with data engineers, product data and BI teams. The aim is to keep analysts and marketers focused on insight and action rather than data collection. You own the methodology, set the standards other analysts follow, and act as technical mentor across the team.

Hiring process: a first intro chat with a talent partner about skills, values and motivation; a SHL numerical reasoning assessment run through TestGorilla; an interview with the hiring manager and your potential manager about your background, goals and experience, with time for your questions; a take-home business case with a few days to prepare, then a discussion of your approach with the hiring manager and team; an optional final conversation with another senior leader, stakeholder or peer from the global team; then references and the offer.

Responsibilities

  • Set standards and architecture for data products that are stable, scalable and fast, using deep knowledge of data structures.
  • Own marketing data quality: analyse issues, build resolution plans and run data governance.
  • Build relationships with marketing leadership, including VPs and the CMO, to learn their goals, shape the analytics roadmap and deliver the data solutions they need.
  • Give direction and hands-on work on the most complex problems that need a data science approach.
  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards for key marketing KPIs, budget and ROI analysis.
  • Turn analysis into insight and explain its business impact to VPs and other key stakeholders so decisions change.
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis and reporting that blends data from multiple sources, and help set priorities for incoming requests.
  • Structure and present analyses to the CMO, VPs and other executives.
  • Mentor and coach analysts, review their work and raise the quality of analysis across the team.

Requirements

  • Degree in statistics, data science, business analytics, marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7, 9 years in marketing and/or sales analytics.
  • Proven record of improving marketing effectiveness, with measurable ROI, sales conversion and revenue gains, including initiatives you led from start to finish.
  • Expert skills in statistical and BI tools: SQL, Tableau, Power BI or Qlik Sense, and Excel, all required.
  • Experience with data pipeline and warehouse tools, with strong DBT experience required, including designing data models.
  • Ability to translate technical terms and explain complex analysis to business stakeholders, including senior marketing leaders.
  • Experience with a B2B sales motion; account-based marketing experience is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of marketing data; experience analysing HubSpot and Salesforce data is particularly desired.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other analysts.
  • Proven ability to juggle several competing priorities at once.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow-through.
  • Strong drive to keep learning and growing.
  • Strong business English; proficiency in one or more of Spanish, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates based in Europe.
