Software Operations Trainee

Description

The company is hiring a trainee for its Software Operations team, a role for a motivated, detail-oriented person who wants hands-on work in software business operations, process management, reporting and cross-functional collaboration in an international technology setting.

You will help with daily operations, take part in process improvement work, support data analysis and reporting, and work with internal stakeholders to keep operations running well.

Responsibilities

• Help with day-to-day Software Operations tasks.
• Track operational metrics, KPIs and service performance indicators.
• Keep operational reports, dashboards and documentation current.
• Check and analyse data to make sure it is accurate and of good quality.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Vendor Management and Customer Service teams.
• Join process improvement and automation work.
• Help track and follow up on operational requests, incidents and escalations.
• Prepare presentations, reports and operational summaries for stakeholders.
• Write down procedures, workflows and good practices.
• Give administrative and coordination support to ongoing projects.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• You think analytically and solve problems well.
• You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• You are well organised and careful with details.
• You work well in a team.
• You communicate well in both Spanish and English.
• You take initiative and want to learn.
• Preferred: knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query or advanced Excel functions.
• Preferred: familiarity with ERP or HR systems such as SAP or Workday.
• Preferred: a basic understanding of business processes and operations management.
• Preferred: experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
