Description

The company is hiring a Global Social Content Specialist to plan, build and run digital marketing programs that raise brand awareness, reach a worldwide audience and deliver measurable results.

You will own the global content calendar, create social-first content and align assets across regions, using data to improve campaigns. You report to the Senior Global Social Media Manager and work with marketing, design and regional teams to ship quality campaigns on schedule and on brand. The role suits a hands-on marketer who likes owning campaigns end to end and keeps learning.

Responsibilities

  • Run digital campaigns across social and web aimed at engagement, qualified traffic and return on spend.
  • Oversee the worldwide content calendar and publishing pipeline: write copy, build posts, schedule them in Sprinklr, collect approvals and hit due dates.
  • Produce social-first graphics and short videos, and organize assets with design and regional contacts so they fit each channel's specs and deadlines.
  • Keep messaging and visuals on brand for the company and its partners, consistent, inclusive and accessible.
  • Coordinate community management, keep the guidelines current and make sure replies stay consistent and timely.
  • Handle secure credentials and work with regional teams on permissions and platform access.
  • Write and maintain SOPs, and review them with regional teams for efficiency, consistency and compliance.
  • Gather and analyze performance data, spot trends, and report results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Run A/B tests and landing page experiments, using audience segments and personalization to lift results.
  • Work with agencies, platforms and vendors, plan initiatives and coordinate vendor payments.
  • Find gaps, propose improvements, and promote best practice in tools and processes across regions.
  • Keep data clean and reports accurate, and follow privacy and platform rules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1, 3 years in digital marketing with hands-on social media work.
  • Track record running content calendars, publishing workflows and community engagement.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation, with attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, plus analytics and reporting.
  • Comfortable with collaboration and productivity tools and juggling deadlines across several stakeholders.
  • Clear spoken and written communication, with the ability to present insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with Sprinklr or a similar social publishing and engagement platform.
  • Familiar with analytics and testing tools such as native platform analytics, Google Analytics, UTM strategy and A/B testing.
  • Exposure to coordinating regional or global campaigns and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
