Description

The company works on reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems, aiming for AI that is safe and beneficial for users and society. It is a public benefit corporation based in San Francisco and a fast-growing team of researchers, engineers, policy specialists, and business leaders.

This role owns the content shown to senior leaders from the company's most strategic customers in Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and small-room sessions where C-level guests meet leaders, product teams, and researchers.

You sit between Product & Solutions Marketing, which owns positioning and messaging, and customer programs, which runs operations, intake, and the customer experience. You turn the company's product, research, and policy story into executive-ready sessions, choose the right people to deliver them, and design interactive formats and demos for customers building on frontier AI.

You will also lead the team that produces this content.

Responsibilities

  • Set the content strategy for all executive programs: the yearly themes, the storyline that connects them, and how content varies by program, audience, and goal.
  • Build an evergreen library of modules covering product and roadmap, research, safety and policy, industry and use-case sessions, demos, and discussion guides, so program leads and account teams can assemble agendas quickly.
  • Keep the library current by tying refreshes to model and product launches, retiring outdated material, and maintaining a pipeline of new modules so nothing shown to a customer executive is stale.
  • Find, recruit, train, and certify speakers from executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams. Maintain a roster across programs, shape each talk, and prepare speakers for the room.
  • Choose the format that suits each audience and goal, such as a working session, live demo, conversation with a researcher, or peer discussion among customers.
  • Work with program leads on agendas for the highest-priority engagements, tailoring modules to each customer's objectives, and set templates and standards so every engagement meets the same bar.
  • Coordinate with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, and Research so executive content is ready when a launch happens, not weeks later.
  • Collect what customers raise in these sessions, including themes, objections, and requests, and send it to Product, Research, Marketing, and go-to-market leaders to improve the content.
  • Track session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance, and work with program leads to link content to program results.
  • Hire, manage, and develop the team that produces executive program content, and hold it to a clear quality standard.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows that tailor modules to a customer's industry and priorities without rebuilding each session from scratch.

Requirements

  • Have built content for C-level customer audiences in executive briefings, advisory boards, executive councils, or similar programs.
  • Have built a content system others rely on, such as a module library, session catalog, or speaker program, and kept it current through frequent product change.
  • Understand technical work well enough to work with researchers and engineers and explain it accurately to a business executive.
  • Have coached senior executives and technical experts as speakers, giving direct feedback on their material.
  • Know when a room needs a presentation, a demo, or a facilitated discussion, and can design each one.
  • Have managed people, including hiring and developing a team.
  • Write at a high level: you can draft an executive session narrative yourself and improve one written by someone else.
  • Have a genuine interest in AI and in helping large enterprises adopt it responsibly.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience, with a field relevant to the role shown through coursework, training, or work.
  • Required years of experience match the internal job level for the position.
  • Strong communication skills are highly valued.
  • Preferred: 12+ years in product marketing, executive content, or executive customer programs at a B2B technology company, including owning positioning and messaging for a technical product and adapting it for different audiences.
  • Preferred: Experience at a company where the product changes quickly and content has a short shelf life.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce or tailor content.
  • Preferred: Experience facilitating executive discussions, not only preparing others to lead them.
  • Preferred: Experience working with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
