Description

The company runs a process documentation portal used across its global finance and procurement operations, and this role helps keep it consistent, automated and scalable.

You will be part of the business process management framework and methodology function within the ASPIRE Sustain unit of RSS, working between people, process and technology.

This is a maternity cover role lasting about 1.5 years.

The work involves moving documentation from the RAMP model to the ASPIRE framework, reshaping structures so older content fits future models.

The team works with BPM Finance, BPM D2P and RSS Operations, and the role reports to the BPM Documentation and Modelling Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Put the end-to-end BPM documentation strategy into practice, following the direction set by the Product Owner for BPM F&M, the Global Business Process Owners and the Global Business Process Managers.
  • Lead the move from RAMP to ASPIRE by redesigning documentation structures and bridging legacy content with future-state models so the RSS function is fully ready.
  • Work with Global Business Process Managers and the GBPS network to build a documentation framework that fits its purpose and balances global guidance with local needs.
  • Hold regular alignment and status calls with stakeholders and portal users, gather their functional requirements, propose practical solutions and prepare smooth feature releases.
  • Provide first-level support to portal users, answering daily questions and helping with access and everyday use.
  • Serve as the final check on quality and compliance, working with the governance board and technical administrators to confirm that every document meets layout, naming and classification standards.
  • Chase authors, reviewers and other users through the document lifecycle, track review status and give leadership clear, data-based progress reports.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, business or engineering, plus 5 to 7 years of experience in BPM, finance or procurement.
  • A record of running complex documentation transitions and content migrations in large global organizations.
  • Comfort handling user interactions, leading status calls and giving quick, helpful first-level support.
  • Experience working in agile teams, keeping operations stable while adapting quickly to global change.
  • Strong skill with document management and BPM systems such as ADONIS, Confluence or Veeva.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders to secure approvals while keeping strong working relationships.
  • A careful eye for accuracy, with a preference for well-structured filing and reliable data.
  • Business-level English and the resilience to work in a matrixed international setting.

Conditions

Home office is commonly available, typically around 2 office days per week on average.

The company aims to give staff room to balance work and private life, and it welcomes everyone regardless of background, as the company is an equal opportunity employer.

Benefits

  • Learning support, including free language courses, training, possible international assignments, internal moves and a chance to shape your career.
  • A competitive salary, a cafeteria benefits package and an annual bonus.
  • Private medical services, an employee assistance program and the All You Can Move Sportpass.
  • Coaching or mentoring, a buddy program, team-building events and a holiday party.
