Business Systems Analyst - Incentive Compensation

Description

This role sits in the Compensation and Data Excellence Team. You will lead the analysis of complex business questions about incentive compensation, territory alignment and sales crediting.

You will advise on and support data-driven solutions, choosing from systems, tools and procedures that fit what users need. You may also work directly with process owners and data users, and lead cross-functional teams when business or systems problems come up.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, implement and maintain territory alignment.
• Own the quota-setting process and tools, plus compensation reporting, for the teams you support.
• Move between projects of varying complexity, analysis and problem solving with flexibility.
• Advise senior directors and vice presidents on sales deployment, such as headcount and capacity analysis and territory structure, and recommend strategy.
• Prepare and present sales crediting, reporting and territory alignment material to senior directors and vice presidents, in writing and out loud.
• Adapt quickly to change and help move it forward constructively.
• Build working relationships with peers, giving timely feedback and keeping them aligned.
• Work across departments to fix issues that affect sales crediting data.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in its place.
• At least 4 years of analytical experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience presenting to varied audiences, including senior leadership.
• Ability to work on your own in a fast-paced setting and juggle several competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of business administration and processes, including how they affect business performance.
• A proven record of using technical skills to streamline processes, remove waste and improve data quality.

Conditions

Expected base salary for this role in Indiana is $85,000 to $157,800.

Final pay depends on experience, qualifications, geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Relocation is not available for this posting.
