The Position

We are seeking a highly driven Global Project Manager with the ability to orchestrate the delivery of complex, multi-product integrated solutions. This role extends significantly beyond traditional project management; it acts as a central PMO pillar to scale our global services by monitoring and consolidating the efforts of regional Project Managers. You will be responsible for standardizing ways of working, tools, and KPIs across all regions, while articulating and unifying the activities of multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless global delivery from initiation to closure.

Main tasks:

Project and Delivery Team Coordination

Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated solutions, consolidating multiple distinct products into cohesive project deliverables.

Drive core project management activities—detailed planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and change management—while actively resolving technical blockers and day-to-day operational issues.

Align multidisciplinary teams and maintain close communication with affiliates to coordinate tasks, identify potential execution deviations early, and guarantee seamless delivery.

Monitor ongoing project health on a weekly basis, maintaining strict accountability for the quality and accuracy of data captured within project management tools.

Allocate project resources based on the specific technical expertise required for each activity, and proactively forecast resource capacity against the planned project pipeline.

Manage and prioritize activities effectively across competing constraints, balancing strict timelines, evolving business needs, and complex technical challenges.

Monitor and enforce key progress metrics, including resource utilization, team capacity, and overall execution health.

Global Monitoring & Alignment

Build the foundation to act as the central point of contact for regional PMs, managing cross-regional dependencies and overseeing cross-product portfolios to drive strategic alignment with affiliates.

Standardize project management processes, tools, and ways of working across all regions to establish a unified global operating model that scales sustainably.

Define, align, and automate common delivery KPIs and metrics to monitor planning health, execution quality, and resource capacity, fostering cross-regional collaboration and ensuring optimal bandwidth.

Drive global reporting consolidation to guarantee strict data accuracy and provide clear visibility for executive stakeholders.

Facilitate regular project meetings and comprehensive status reviews to ensure tight alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Ensure strict adherence to centralized project documentation and governance frameworks.

Leverage subject matter expertise to foster cross-pollination among teams, continuously identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize internal project delivery practices and planning activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a Project Management role, scaling operations across multiple regions.

Strong track record of successfully delivering both complex, multi-product integrated solutions and single-product deployments.

Demonstrated capability in leading, influencing, and aligning multidisciplinary teams without direct functional authority.

Experience standardizing workflows, implementing delivery KPIs, and automating reporting tools for global portfolios.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com), as well as automation tools and dashboard generation.

Strong task delegation skills to ensure efficient execution and optimal resource utilization across teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage audiences across varying levels of technical and professional backgrounds.
