Description

The role sits in the Global Studios team, which builds conversion-focused digital ideas, products and campaigns quickly and at scale, with a focus on highly personalised digital communication for clients.

The company is a growth invention firm with 4,000+ specialists across brand and media, experience, commerce, CRM, and technology and data. It works at the meeting point of technology and marketing, is split evenly between tech and marketing, works through partners, and has been a certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021. Clients include Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay and OpenAI.

You will be the driving force behind product design and development, linking strategy, design, technical delivery and client needs. You will manage up to 6 workstreams, all for one client working in digital and AI, covering product launches, marketing support and new digital experiences.

This is a 6 month fixed term employee contract with a likelihood of extension. The post is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Take projects from discovery through launch and optimisation, managing end-to-end delivery of complex web, AI and digital products.
  • Break complex, parallel projects into clear milestones, sprint plans and deliverables, and keep them workable when requirements change.
  • Manage asset handoffs between UX/UI designers and front-end and back-end developers so work arrives on schedule and at high quality.
  • Lead day-to-day work with the client, communicate clearly, set realistic expectations and handle scope changes calmly.
  • Create and maintain status documents, resource allocation and planning.
  • Spot bottlenecks early, clear blockers for creative and technical teams, and allocate resources across active workstreams.
  • Explore, pilot and roll out new AI tools that streamline agency and client workflows.
  • Run agile routines adapted for high-velocity teams: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and design reviews.

Requirements

  • Digital project management experience in an agency or high-growth environment, ideally fast moving.
  • A proven record leading design teams (UX/UI, design systems, research) and engineering teams (custom web and app development, APIs, integrations).
  • Hands-on use of AI tools or generative workflows, or a strong interest in how AI shapes design and development.
  • Comfort working without a full map, turning loose briefs and changing goals into clear, actionable plans.
  • The ability to change direction quickly, keep momentum and protect quality under tight deadlines, while staying calm under pressure.
  • A steady, decisive approach to high-stakes deadlines and shifting scope.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to talk comfortably to engineers, creative directors and client executives.

Conditions

Fully hybrid role, working EST hours from Canada, based in Toronto.

Salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 CAD per year, based on relevant experience, expertise and organisational impact.

Interviews may be recorded and summarised with an AI tool (Metaview) so interviewers can stay focused; you may ask for it not to be used.

Benefits

  • A flexible hybrid working policy.
  • Salary set by experience, with equal pay policies.
  • Mental health support and a company sick pay scheme.
  • 15 days paid holiday per year, plus public holidays.
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies for new parents.
  • Refreshments in the office all week, and drinks at 4 pm on Fridays.
  • Social and cultural events and organised activities to connect with colleagues.
  • Regular guest speakers and inspirational talks.
  • Learning and development, with ongoing chances to learn and progress, plus training and certifications.
  • A buddy to help you through your first weeks.
  • Certified B Corp since 2021, and named Agency of the Year at both The Lovies and The Webby Awards.
  • Work with clients of all sizes, locations and industries, and celebrate successes as a team.
