Sales Engineer

The company is a cyber security vendor that protects over 100,000 organizations worldwide from sophisticated cyber and AI-driven threats, covering hybrid networks, cloud, digital workspaces and AI systems with a prevention-first approach.

This sales engineering role sits between the accounts team and customers, combining technical advice with pre-sales work on security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Accounts Team to spot prospects.
• Lead meetings with end customers to uncover their problems and propose suitable solutions.
• Answer technical questions, share best practice guidance and run Proof-of-Concepts.
• Prepare responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Inform and train customers on the latest security technologies.
• Take an active part in cyber security events.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of engineering and pre-sales experience.
• You have a proven record of winning business in the market.
• You are analytical and good at solving problems.
• You understand how typical customer networks are built.
• You can design an end-to-end security solution for a customer's environment.
• You communicate and present well.
• You understand common customer subjects: cloud environments, IT/OT, SD-WAN, IAM, SASE, ZTNA and WAF.
• You have native or fluent English.
• Relevant certifications are highly preferred, for example CCNP, CISSP, CCSA or CCSE.
• Exposure to award-winning cyber security technologies is part of the role.
