AI Solution Architect

Description

The company is hiring an AI Architect to set the architecture for its AI solutions, which are built to be enterprise-grade. The role needs strong skills in AI and ML, cloud platforms, data architecture and governance. You will design AI platforms and products that scale, stay secure and support business goals.

You will work with product teams, engineering leads, data scientists and business stakeholders to turn strategy into architecture blueprints and implementation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI across generative AI, predictive analytics, NLP and computer vision.
• Create blueprints, reference patterns and standards for AI platforms that are scalable, secure and reusable.
• Keep AI architecture consistent with enterprise architecture principles and business goals.
• Make architecture decisions on data pipelines, model integration, API design, orchestration, deployment patterns and observability.
• Set up design governance, run architecture reviews and check compliance with security, privacy and responsible AI requirements.
• Work with product, engineering, data and business teams to turn their needs into designs and roadmaps.
• Advise solution architects, engineers and project teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Set best practices for AI/ML engineering, MLOps, model lifecycle management and platform scalability.
• Promote reusable components, design patterns and engineering standards across AI programs.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.
• At least 8 years in technology roles, with substantial experience in AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise platform design.
• Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks, data architecture, APIs and system integration patterns.
• Hands-on work with Azure, AWS or GCP, MLOps, containerization and scalable deployment architectures.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to shape technical and business decisions.

Conditions

Location: Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland. The role is not remote and is based in the office.

For the Milan, Italy location, the minimum salary is 52,700 euros gross per year.

The final offer depends on location, skills, qualifications and experience, and follows internal pay structures. The role may be open in several locations, and pay for other locations will be discussed later in the process.
