Senior Sales Engineer

The role is the main technical partner for enterprise and commercial accounts. It suits technical consultants and builders who turn complex business problems into AI-powered software. You will show prospective customers how the platform, autonomous agents and integrations create value for both technical evaluators and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical validation stage of deals, including detailed RFP answers, solution design, standard integration layouts, and checks against enterprise security and data privacy rules.
• Run technical discovery sessions with customer IT and business teams, and build proofs of concept and tailored demos that reduce technical risk for the buyer.
• Build and present custom agentic AI workflows using prompt engineering and the platform's AI features to address real customer problems.
• Adapt existing accelerators, API templates and middleware to set up complex architectures for prospects quickly.
• Gather product feedback and feature requests from customer work, and work with internal teams to report gaps and shape future releases.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in technical presales, solution engineering, technical consulting or application development.
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies such as JavaScript, Python and Node.js, plus HTML, CSS, REST APIs and webhooks.
• Practical understanding of AI applications, including LLM-powered features, prompt engineering and automated workflows.
• Solid understanding of SaaS ecosystems, CX or ES domains, contact center technology such as telephony and CRM, or IT support ticketing.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the year for on-site discovery and presentations.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business analytics, information systems or a related technical field.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Customer focus: you want to understand customer needs and build solutions that deliver real value.
• Builder mindset: you enjoy writing code, configuring complex systems and prototyping software.
• Strategic thinking: you connect technical details to business metrics, ROI and organisational change.
• Collaboration: you work well across global teams in fast-changing settings.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or AWS, Azure or GCP data services, plus enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Preferred: applied experience with modern AI frameworks, LLM integration and data science methods.
• Preferred: industry experience, ideally in financial services, retail, travel, transport and leisure, or the public sector.
• Preferred: active role in the technical or developer community, such as open-source work, technical writing or mentoring.
• Preferred: a record of creating reusable implementation guides, integration playbooks or localisation toolkits for global partners and systems integrators.
• Preferred: experience turning complex technical material into clear presentations for executives, economic buyers and C-level leaders.

Conditions

Based in Poland, with an annualised base salary of zł302,000.00 to zł454,000.00. Final pay depends on job-related skills, relevant experience and other factors.

Hybrid working: some time in person at one of the company's offices, with the option to work remotely for part of the week.

Travel of up to 30% of the year may be required.
