Description

This role sits within the Center of Excellence and focuses on sales and commerce solutions. You will work with business and technology teams to design scalable configuration solutions built on Camos within the company's Digital Commerce platforms.

The role gives you a chance to improve processes and shape how the sales ecosystem works, while helping the Center of Excellence grow.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Camos technical solution and keep it aligned with Conga CPQ, back-end systems such as SAP, and other integrated applications, working closely with solution and enterprise architects.
  • Decide which business requirements standard Camos features cover, which need configuration or customization, and where a workaround is acceptable. Work with users to map current sales processes and find areas to improve.
  • Help validate and rank incoming business demand with Product Owners, business functions, CPQ functional consultants, and third-party partners.
  • Turn functional designs into detailed functional and technical specifications, and review and approve use-case documentation.
  • Explain technical specifications clearly to the Camos and integration development teams.
  • Take part in unit testing, and support UAT and defect resolution, with a focus on product configuration, pricing, approvals, and sales workflows.
  • Set the rules, principles, and architectural guidelines for building Camos Digital Commerce solutions.
  • Define non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, availability, and security, and make sure they shape both the design and day-to-day operations.
  • Keep up to date with Camos, Conga CPQ, Digital Commerce technologies, and best practices, share what you learn with the Center of Excellence, and create and maintain solution documentation and training materials.
  • Work with users on projects and problem management to maintain, evolve, and deploy efficient, cost-effective sales and commerce solutions. Advise on new Camos or Digital Commerce solutions and on changes to existing ones, and work with SAP, Finance, Order Management, and Integration teams to assess cross-stream impact and deliver an optimized end-user solution.
  • Support the setup, management, maintenance, and improvement of Configuration, CPQ, and Digital Commerce processes in your area of responsibility.
  • With the Enterprise Architect, make sure solutions and services follow architectural standards.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software architecture and design.
  • Proven experience with Camos or a similar platform.
  • Strong knowledge of a CPQ-like solution, preferably Conga or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Angular and C.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies such as Mulesoft, and in APIs.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the Energy sector or B2B market is a plus.
