AI Solutions Architect

Description

The role is for an AI Solutions Architect who will design and deliver advanced AI solutions for clients, with Generative AI as the main focus.

You will help turn business problems into scalable, production-ready AI architectures built on cloud platforms, using LLMs, agentic systems and intelligent automation.

The job combines hands-on solution design with AI pre-sales. You will work closely with clients to shape AI strategy, set out architectures and guide implementation so solutions are technically sound and fit business goals.

The company builds solutions for clients around the world, working in cross-functional engineering teams that take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of AI solutions built around LLMs, RAG, agents and automation.
• Support pre-sales work by turning client requirements into solution proposals and architectures.
• Produce architecture diagrams.
• Run client workshops, discovery sessions and technical presentations.
• Design AI architectures on AWS, Azure or GCP that scale, stay secure and keep costs under control.
• Define and oversee the build of RAG pipelines, vector search, intelligent systems, agents and LLM integrations.
• Lead and advise engineering teams technically during delivery when needed.
• Apply good practice in AI system design, governance and responsible AI.

Requirements

• Either 5+ years in IT architecture, solutions architecture or senior engineering, or 2+ years in AI/ML architecture.
• A track record of designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
• A solid grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agentic architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks, or a strong working understanding of them.
• Experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong skills in API design, system integration and distributed architectures.
• Experience with ML/AIOps, including deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• A proven ability to work with stakeholders and turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication in English and Polish.
• Additional skill: experience in IT pre-sales, consulting or client-facing solution design.
• Additional skill: familiarity with agent-based systems and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Additional skill: experience fine-tuning, evaluating and optimizing LLMs.
• Additional skill: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and scalable deployment patterns.
• Additional skill: understanding of security, compliance and responsible AI principles.
• Additional skill: strong presentation and storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
