Description

We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role As a Product Manager within the AI Assistant Team, you will shape how millions of users globally access support and complete parking-related tasks through intuitive, AI-powered assistance. Sitting at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and growth, this role drives the vision to make urban mobility effortless by enabling conversational experiences for core customer actions. You will lead product discovery and lifecycle management for the AI Assistant domain, owning product metrics and KPIs to measure impact and guide priorities. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Care, Analytics, Business teams, and our external partner Decagon to deliver scalable experiences across global markets while advocating for reliable, user-centered solutions.

How to make an impact

Lead product discovery and the full lifecycle from ideation through delivery and iteration to solve customer pain points across the parking journey.

Enable customers to start, stop, and extend parking sessions, as well as resolve support inquiries through AI-driven chat, voice, and conversational interfaces.

Partner with Customer Care and Decagon to automate repetitive inquiries, reducing manual support contact and friction.

Leverage data, experimentation, and AI capabilities to optimize registration, authentication accuracy, onboarding, and adaptive entry experiences.

Establish, analyze, and maintain accountability for core product metrics and KPIs to inform strategy and measure business impact.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business teams to balance growth, system stability, user trust, and scalability globally.

Explore opportunities to utilize AI interactions for driving subscriptions, auxiliary services, and continuous feature enhancements.

About you You are an empathetic, collaborative, and curiosity-driven product leader who thrives at the intersection of emerging technology and user experience. You possess a growth mindset, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and structured, data-informed narratives. Passionate about solving complex user problems, you excel at bringing cross-functional teams together around a shared vision without relying on formal authority. You bring a bias toward action, a focus on continuous learning, and exceptional communication skills that inspire confidence across all levels of an organization.

Your background

5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within tech or SaaS environments.

Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful digital products.

Demonstrated experience in product discovery and delivery, balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.

Practical AI literacy or a strong foundation in leveraging AI tools to optimize user funnels, authentication, or automated support.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with an ability to influence without formal authority.

Experience using data, experimentation, and analytics to drive product strategy and measure success.
