As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will bring deep, specialised expertise in mobile app acquisition to drive app downloads and in-app conversions across multiple international markets.

You will own the end-to-end performance of our mobile acquisition campaigns, primarily across Google UAC and Apple Search Ads (ASA). You will also manage brand awareness initiatives on LinkedIn to engage specialised B2B audiences, run cross-channel structured tests, and leverage data and AI tools to optimise budgets and campaign impact.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment managing high-impact mobile campaigns and know how to turn complex data into actionable performance strategies, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Paid App Campaigns: Plan, run, and optimise multi-market paid acquisition campaigns focusing on app installs and in-app events across Google UAC and Apple Search Ads (accounting for core app volume), as well as Meta, TikTok, and direct/influencer deals..
  • Brand Awareness: Execute targeted brand awareness campaigns on LinkedIn to reach specific B2P/B2G and stakeholder audiences..
  • Day-to-Day Optimisation: Own campaign management across 5–10 active campaigns simultaneously, optimising bids, budgets, creative assets, and performance messaging..
  • Prioritisation & Stakeholder Requests: Manage and prioritise incoming cross-functional campaign requests efficiently through structured workflows .
  • Tracking & Attribution: Collaborate with analytics and technical teams on tracking accuracy, AppsFlyer setup, data attribution, standard naming conventions, and UTM parameters..
  • Reporting & AI Insights: Deliver clear performance reporting and investment scenarios. Leverage analytical capabilities and modern AI reporting tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to synthesise campaign data for leadership..
  • Investment & Forecasting: Build investment and performance scenarios to support market expansion and budget allocation decisions..
  • Creative Collaboration: Brief, review, and test creative copy and assets in partnership with internal design teams and external agencies..
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to inform testing frameworks and strategic budget adjustments..

Requirements

  • Mobile App Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid app acquisition campaigns specifically (Google UAC & Apple Search Ads). Note: General e-commerce or non-app consumer marketing experience alone will not be considered..
  • Attribution & Analytics: Direct experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP), preferably AppsFlyer, including attribution setup, event tracking, and data troubleshooting..
  • Channel Mastery: Proven track record running B2B/brand awareness campaigns on LinkedIn alongside performance mobile channels..
  • AI & Reporting Tools: Comfort utilising AI-assisted reporting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) alongside traditional dashboards to analyse performance metrics..
  • Multi-Market Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple regional markets and prioritise competing demands in a high-velocity environment..
  • Language & Communication: Native-level fluency in English (C1/C2 spoken and written) .
