Description

The company designs the consumer experience across every screen, platform and partner integration, from mobile and desktop apps to smart speakers, TVs, cars and partner touchpoints.

The team is looking for a Principal Product Manager to shape the TV and Desktop experiences, covering music and video in the living room as well as the experience people have on a computer during their day.

This is a senior individual contributor role spanning both surfaces, helping teams make ambitious choices and work through complexity to ship experiences people value.

Responsibilities

  • Define a product vision and strategy for TV and Desktop based on how people use each surface and where the experience can improve.
  • Decide where to invest, what to test, and how to measure results, using user research, data and product judgment.
  • Own complex cross-functional initiatives from early exploration through launch and iteration, keeping priorities aligned and managing dependencies.
  • Work closely with engineering, design and insights to build intuitive, high-quality experiences that balance usability, performance and reliability.
  • Connect product decisions across the company and with external partners, accounting for the different opportunities and constraints of each platform.
  • Tell a clear product story that brings teams and senior stakeholders behind shared priorities.
  • Raise product thinking across teams by encouraging curiosity, open debate and a focus on outcomes that matter.

Requirements

  • You have a proven record of shaping product strategy and shipping high-quality digital consumer experiences across several teams.
  • You can turn unclear opportunities into clear priorities, concrete decisions and measurable value for users.
  • You pair a deep understanding of user needs with product intuition, data, experimentation and a willingness to change your mind.
  • You understand technical trade-offs and work well with engineers on complex platforms.
  • You build alignment and influence decisions across disciplines, teams and organizational lines without relying on formal authority.
  • You explain complex ideas clearly and can get diverse stakeholders behind one product direction.
  • You move comfortably between long-term strategy and hands-on execution, adjusting your approach to each problem.
  • You value collaboration, careful experimentation and an environment where different perspectives improve the product.
  • Location: based in Stockholm or London.
  • Some in-person meetings are required, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.

Conditions

The role is based in Stockholm or London.

Work is flexible: you choose where you work best, with some in-person meetings and the option to work from home.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes people of all backgrounds and perspectives.

Accommodations are available on request at any stage of the application or interview process.
