Description

Aristocrat, a global gaming content and technology company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead its digital content platform ecosystem. You will play a central role in building, shipping and managing its top-tier online slots content, with a focus on smooth delivery and new capabilities.

You will guide the planning and progress of the Game Development Kit (GDK), Remote Gaming Server (RGS), Jackpot platforms and related features. You will work with technology teams, game studios and commercial leaders to turn strategic goals into a practical, efficient yearly roadmap.

This role puts you at the centre of the platform strategy, where you will help grow the return on investment and make sure studios can adopt new capabilities without friction. It suits someone who enjoys strategic product thinking, has deep domain knowledge and works well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain the product vision and strategy for the Digital Content Platform portfolio.
  • Chart the direction for the GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms and linked content creation tools.
  • Line up platform strategy with the goals of the Digital organisation, the game studios and the wider company.
  • Identify where platform investment can raise content quality, development efficiency, time to market, scalability and innovation.
  • Define product goals, outcomes and success measures for the platform portfolio.
  • Work with the Alabs technology team to build and deliver the annual and quarterly roadmap.
  • Make sure the top-priority initiatives are clearly defined, correctly sequenced and delivered on schedule.
  • Write clear product requirements, business context, priorities and acceptance criteria for technology and delivery teams.
  • Make the hard trade-off calls and actively manage roadmap risks, dependencies and delivery problems.
  • Serve as the main product contact for game studios using digital content platform features.
  • Represent Digital Content Platforms across the company.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of product experience in the iGaming sector.
  • A track record of setting product strategy and owning roadmaps for complex technology or platform products.
  • Solid understanding of online slots content creation, studio workflows, platform dependencies and what game development teams need.
  • Experience working closely with engineering or technology organisations to deliver complex roadmaps.
  • Ability to prioritise well, make clear trade-offs and keep delivery on track when demands compete.
  • Strong commercial and customer focus, linking platform investment to measurable business and studio results.
  • Clear communication, including explaining complex platform topics to senior and non-technical audiences, and coordinating across collaborators.
  • A persuasive, cooperative leadership style that builds trust across distributed teams.
  • AI proficient, with hands-on use of AI tools and an AI-first approach to product delivery, decisions and efficiency.
  • Analytical and curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities and incomplete information.
  • A bachelor's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technology or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Equal-opportunity statement: all final content, role requirements and hiring decisions are subject to human review and approval by the company.
