Description

The company is hiring a Partner Technology Architect to be the main strategic contact for its Global and Strategic Regional partners.

The role drives partner growth through pre-sales technical work, business development, solution strategy and AI-first adoption, combining advisory work with partner executives, industry-focused solution architecture and go-to-market leadership in one accountable position.

You will turn platform capabilities, AI developments and industry context into repeatable, outcome-focused offerings that partners can build, scale and sell.

Strategic business development and co-innovation are part of the role, but pre-sales technical work stays the core: discovery, demos, proof-of-concept leadership and architecture validation that moves partner-led customer deals forward.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated strategic counterpart for assigned partner organizations, covering everything from pre-sales technical engagement to co-innovation and business growth advice.
  • Serve as the main strategic contact for assigned partners and build trusted relationships with partner executives and practice leads.
  • Lead joint business planning that lines up partner investment, industry focus and go-to-market priorities across every route to market.
  • Advise partners on practice growth, specialization and readiness to offer AI-enabled solutions.
  • Shape partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through offer-led strategy and solution differentiation.
  • Lead and support technical discovery sessions, executive briefings and demos that show platform value and speed up partner-led deals.
  • Help partners match their offerings to high-value industry workflows and customer outcomes.
  • Turn platform and AI capabilities into scalable, partner-differentiated solutions at the conceptual and architectural level.
  • Build working knowledge of enterprise workflows in CRM, IT, Security and Business Services.
  • Design and run partner-led proofs of concept and co-demos that show business value, technical feasibility and competitive edge.
  • Provide technical escalation support on critical partner-led opportunities so partners can reach deep expertise at key deal milestones.
  • Champion AI-first solution design, including intelligent workflows, automation and agent-based use cases.
  • Coordinate partner engagement with Partner Solution Architects and domain specialists in AI, CRM, and Security & Risk to speed up solution development.
  • Guide partner offerings from concept through validation to scalable commercial launch.
  • Promote responsible, enterprise-ready AI adoption that follows governance and trust standards.
  • Link solution strategy to measurable outcomes such as efficiency, growth, ROI and time-to-value.
  • Support executive conversations with clear value narratives and outcome-based storytelling.
  • Coordinate internal specialist teams so partners get one unified experience rather than scattered touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Have 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, enterprise technology advisory or a related field, with a record of leading technical discovery, demos and partner engagements.
  • Have worked directly with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers or technology alliances.
  • Carry strong executive presence and be able to influence senior partner stakeholders at VP level and above.
  • Connect business strategy, industry context and technology into practical partner growth plans.
  • Have helped shape or scale partner practices, offerings or go-to-market approaches.
  • Understand enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions at the conceptual and architectural level.
  • Have working knowledge of AI-enabled use cases, automation patterns and data-driven workflows.
  • Have deep familiarity with at least one industry vertical, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Public Sector.
  • Have experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, or think critically about how to do so.
  • Preferred and standout experience:
  • Experience with the company platform and its AI capabilities, such as Now Assist and AI Agents.
  • Background in management consulting, strategy advisory or partner business development.
  • The company certifications, such as CSA, CIS or architecture certifications.
  • Experience across several partner routes to market: C&I, MSP, Reseller, Hyperscaler and Build.
  • Familiarity with competing platforms and the ability to explain how the company differs.
  • Not in scope for this role: platform configuration, development or solution delivery; commercial contracts, pricing or financial program management; replacing deep technical or implementation specialists, who are used for depth; and day-to-day partner relationship management, which sits with Partner Management.
  • Travel for partner, customer and company activities of up to 50%.
