Middle+ Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a project manager on a contract basis. The role is fully remote.

You will run projects from start to finish and coordinate several projects that span different departments, aiming to hit goals within scope, timeline and budget.

The team works with internal stakeholders and end users, and the work covers digital products, SaaS, technology and AI-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects yourself, covering solution design, budget, resource allocation and risk management.
• Study workflows and business processes to find places to improve and turn them into clear project requirements.
• Improve business processes through research, process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Keep stakeholders involved across the project lifecycle: clarify requirements, share progress, present results and set realistic expectations.
• Direct cross-functional business and technical teams, setting scope, priorities and the backlog.
• Lead implementation and change management so stakeholders engage and adoption goes smoothly.
• Coordinate how business systems, processes and technology solutions fit together.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience, including projects taken from first request through to implementation.
• Experience at a product company or startup, working with internal stakeholders and users.
• Experience delivering digital products, SaaS, technology or AI-related projects.
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions or AI-enabled business processes.
• Hands-on record of improving business workflows and carrying changes through to implementation, beyond development and standard SDLC work.
• English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
• Optional: a background in business analysis or product management.
• Optional: working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

Contract position, fully remote.
