Senior Project Manager

Description

The role sits on a project involving the build-out of modern network infrastructure, including 5G and Open RAN work.

You will lead projects and initiatives from start to finish, often several workstreams at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end projects and initiatives, working on your own.
• Keep scope, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies under control.
• Bring together technical teams, business units and external partners so they work well together.
• Track progress against milestones and flag when things slip.
• Spot risks early and act on problems before they grow.
• Run project meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Handle several topics or workstreams in parallel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in project, program or product management within telecommunications.
• Very good English, enough to communicate fluently with stakeholders.
• Experience independently leading complex projects.
• Hands-on experience managing scope, deadlines and risks.
• Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
