Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company runs several projects at once across departments and needs a senior project manager to lead them.

The role covers the full life of each project, from planning and solution design to budgeting, staffing and risk.

You would also review workflows and business processes to find where work is inefficient and turn those findings into clear requirements.

The company wants process change, so the work includes modeling processes, analyzing data and finding gaps.

The role is remote on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage several projects at the same time across departments, keeping each on schedule, within scope and within budget.
• Take full ownership of each project, including planning, solution design, budget, resource allocation and risk management.
• Examine workflows and business processes to spot inefficiencies and convert them into requirements the team can act on.
• Improve processes through process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Guide change management so transitions run smoothly and stakeholders support the changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams working on the integration of systems, processes and technology solutions.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned, covering requirements gathering, progress updates and managing expectations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• A background in business analysis or product management.
• A proven record of improving business processes and getting changes into products or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams made up of business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Preferred: hands-on experience putting AI into products or processes with measurable results.
• Preferred: proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

Remote, contract position.
