Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This contract role is remote and focuses on internal projects, from early requirements through to delivery and rollout of new processes.

The work sits between business stakeholders and technical teams, with the aim of keeping everyone aligned and projects tied to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run internal projects end to end, from gathering requirements through delivering solutions and putting processes in place.
• Interview users and stakeholders to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into clear project requirements.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays aligned at each phase.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early, and manage them with clear mitigation plans.
• Drive the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows.
• Lead change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and needs shift while keeping execution smooth and teams aligned.
• Track project performance and KPIs to keep delivery tied to business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze data to support decisions and proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on work in business process analysis, optimization, or building product workflows.
• Clear communicator who manages stakeholders across both business and technical audiences.
• Makes decisions based on data.
• Experience applying AI to products or business processes.
• Strong at organizing and delivering work, and at adjusting when requirements change.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Contract engagement, fully remote.
