Description

The company is hiring a senior project manager for a remote contract role.

You will run several projects at once across departments, aiming for on-time, in-scope and on-budget delivery.

You will carry projects from start to finish, covering planning, solution design, budget, staffing and risk.

You will review how work flows through the business, spot where things break down, and turn those findings into clear requirements.

You will lead process changes using process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.

You will bring cross-functional teams together to integrate systems, processes and technology.

You will keep stakeholders informed and on the same page, from gathering requirements through progress reporting and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Run several projects at the same time across departments, keeping them on schedule, within scope and within budget.
  • Take ownership of each project from planning and solution design through budgeting, staffing and risk control.
  • Examine workflows and business processes, find inefficiencies, and convert them into actionable requirements.
  • Improve processes through process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
  • Lead change management so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the change.
  • Organize cross-functional teams working on integrating systems, processes and technology solutions.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned at every stage, including requirements gathering, progress updates and expectation management.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of project management experience.
  • A background in business analysis or product management.
  • A proven record of improving business processes and putting changes into products or operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results.
  • Nice to have: proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

Remote, contract role.

The hiring process may include one-way video interviews, behavioral assessments and timed cognitive tests.

Candidates with a disability or neurodiversity who need accommodations, such as extra test time, an alternative communication format or flexible scheduling, are encouraged to ask; the company will work with them to help them perform at their best.
