Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This is a remote contract role leading several projects at once across departments.

The work covers process improvement, change management and connecting systems and technology, with a strong focus on requirements and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage several projects at the same time across departments, keeping them on schedule, in scope and within budget.
• Take full ownership of each project, from planning and solution design to budgeting, staffing and risk handling.
• Examine workflows and business processes, pinpoint inefficiencies and turn them into clear requirements.
• Improve processes through process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Guide change management so transitions run smoothly and stakeholders support the change.
• Organize cross-functional teams working on the integration of systems, processes and technology solutions.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on requirements, status updates and expectations.

Requirements

• You have at least 4+ years of project management experience.
• You come from a Business Analysis or Product Management background.
• You have a record of improving business processes and rolling changes into products or operations.
• You have led cross-functional teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
• You speak English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
• Nice to have: hands-on work implementing AI in products or processes with measurable results.
• Nice to have: skill with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

Remote, contract role.
