Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The team is hiring a middle project manager for an internal project role on a contract basis, fully remote.

The role covers internal projects from early discovery through delivery and the rollout of new processes, and works closely with both business and technical people.

Responsibilities

• Run internal projects end to end, from gathering requirements through delivering a solution and putting new processes in place.
• Hold user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into concrete project requirements.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays clear and aligned at each stage.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early and manage them with clear mitigation plans.
• Lead the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows.
• Drive change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and business needs shift, while keeping execution smooth and teams aligned.
• Track project performance and KPIs to keep delivery tied to business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions and back up proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams and raise them yourself.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on work in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both business and technical audiences.
• A data-driven approach to making decisions.
• Experience working with AI or bringing AI into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills, and comfort adapting when requirements change.
• English at B2 level or above.
