Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This remote contract role is for a middle project manager who runs internal projects for the company.

You will carry work from early requirements through to delivery and the adoption of new processes or tools.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from first requirements gathering through to final delivery and rollout of new processes.
• Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to uncover needs, test assumptions and turn them into clear project requirements.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays aligned at each step.
• Spot risks, issues and dependencies early and manage them with clear mitigation plans.
• Lead the rollout of new products, tools or processes into current business workflows.
• Guide change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities and business needs shift while keeping teams aligned and delivery on track.
• Track project performance and KPIs to keep delivery tied to business results.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions and proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing projects.
• Hands-on work in business process analysis, optimization or product workflow development.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management with both business and technical audiences.
• Decisions based on data.
• Experience working with AI, or bringing AI into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills, with comfort adapting to changing requirements.
• English at B2 level or above.

Conditions

Remote work on a contract basis.
