Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

You will run several projects at once across departments, with the aim of finishing each on schedule, inside its defined scope and within budget.

The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initial plan and solution design through budget, staffing and risk handling.

The team is working on process and systems work that needs an owner who can connect business needs with technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent projects that span different departments.
• Take each project from start to finish, covering planning, solution design, budget, staffing and risk.
• Study workflows and business processes to spot waste and turn what you find into clear requirements.
• Improve processes using process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Guide people through change so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the result.
• Organise cross-functional teams working on integrating systems, processes and technology.
• Keep stakeholders informed and realistic about progress, gathering requirements and managing expectations along the way.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• A background in business analysis or product management.
• A record of improving business processes and getting changes into products or day-to-day operations.
• Experience leading teams that include both business and technical people.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: hands-on work bringing AI into products or processes, with results you can measure.
• Nice to have: working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

This is a remote contract role.
