Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The role covers several projects at once, spanning different departments, with a focus on delivering on time, within scope and within budget.

You would take a project from first plan to finished delivery, covering solution design, budget, staffing and risk.

The work includes examining how processes run, finding where they waste effort, and turning those findings into clear requirements.

Stakeholders need to stay aligned on requirements, progress and expectations throughout.

Responsibilities

• Manage several projects in parallel across departments, keeping each on schedule, in scope and on budget.
• Own each project from planning through delivery, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
• Study workflows and business processes to spot inefficiencies and convert them into requirements the team can act on.
• Improve processes using process modeling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Guide change management so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the new way of working.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams as systems, processes and technology solutions are integrated.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on requirements gathering, progress updates and expectations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• A background in business analysis or product management.
• A proven record of improving business processes and getting changes into products or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience putting AI into products or processes, with measurable results.
• Nice to have: proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.
