Marketing Manager, Hemostasis Solutions-Remote within EST and CST

The Marketing Manager for Hemostasis Solutions leads North American marketing strategy and commercial launch for a diagnostics portfolio that is growing.

The role sits between science, strategy and communication, working with Global Marketing, Sales and Clinical teams to bring Hemostasis products to market and to represent North American customers.

Responsibilities

• Build U.S. strategic marketing plans and multi-year product roadmaps.
• Set product positioning, pricing and lifecycle management.
• Act as the Hemostasis subject-matter expert for Sales and other cross-functional teams.
• Turn complex technology into clear clinical and commercial value.
• Run demand-generation programs and build tools that help sales teams.
• Shape global product decisions by bringing the views of U.S. customers.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and clinical partners.
• Design and deliver training for specialist sales teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or marketing is required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 4 years of marketing experience in medical devices or diagnostics.
• Hemostasis market experience is strongly preferred.
• IVD industry experience is required.
• Strong business sense, with analytical skills and financial forecasting ability.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting.
• Confidence presenting to internal leaders and external customers.

Conditions

Remote role, covering the Eastern and Central time zones in the U.S.

The base pay range is $117,770 to $161,931. Starting pay within this range depends on factors such as location, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.

The role may be commission eligible under the company's plan, with commissions based on individual and/or company performance.
