Project Manager - Construction & Medical Imaging Installs - Detroit - Field / Travel

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery and installation of imaging equipment across all modalities (MR, CT, X-Ray), including Radiographic, Fluoroscopy, Cardiology, Angiography, Computerized Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, Therapy, Nuclear Medicine and PET Systems.
• Manage several projects at once, including ground-up new hospital or research facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and work with customer stakeholders on pre-construction plans, estimates and schedules.
• Visit project sites to take measurements, produce cost estimates, review quotes, and go over electrical and construction requirements with customers.
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate with facilities teams, architects, mechanical, electrical and structural engineers, and others to resolve construction issues.
• Manage delivery and installation against a schedule agreed with the customer.
• Share project information, status updates, and schedule or scope changes with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, architects, engineers, contractors, administrators, and Siemens Sales and Service partners.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of complex project management experience, including running several projects at the same time.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
• Working knowledge of the construction trades: electrical, plumbing, structural and HVAC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence and a satisfactory driving record, as required by the Fleet Safety Policy.
• Healthcare construction experience is preferred.
• CAD skills are preferred.

Conditions

Field-based role with a company car for business and personal use, governed by the Fleet Safety Policy.

Salary of $93,680 to $120,000, plus a project manager bonus structure.
