  • Create KPI standards and a measuring system to ensure delivery of program goals are clearly defined
  • Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, program goals, client deliverables, sales and product
  • Represent the program in executive-level discussions, manage escalations, and guide strategic decision-making across internal and external parties

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex client programs and building trusted, strategic relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and effective issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing opportunities and delivery needs, aligning resources and plans to client priorities, program goals, and measurable value.
  • Experience establishing standardized playbooks, operating frameworks, and short- and long-term plans that improve consistency, execution, and scalability.
  • Strong program governance and delivery oversight, including setting clear KPIs and ensuring key deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and outcomes.
