  • A record of leading a high-performing team that meets recruiting targets.
  • Strong problem-solving: find the root causes of operational issues and propose efficient, workable solutions.
  • A history of building a team culture grounded in professionalism, respect, accountability, and excellent customer service.
  • Desired: strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build working relationships at every level.
  • Desired: advanced skill with applicant tracking systems, Indeed, and other recruiting technology.
