Description

The company is a global law firm with 30 offices and legal services in 20 countries.

It is a people business, so it looks for people who collaborate well and bring an innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial and responsible approach to every interaction.

The company aims to outperform through a supportive, fair and open culture rather than targets and incentives, and it values difference and challenges bias to work as one team.

The Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team sits in the People function and handles attraction, development and retention of talent from early careers to senior leaders, with attraction, development and succession plans aligned to long-term strategy. It works with HR managers, Centres of Excellence and business leaders.

The Lateral Legal talent team recruits experienced lawyers for the London fee-earning practice groups and the in-house legal teams.
