Description

The company is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, and it makes Devin, an AI software engineer.

The team is small in headcount but strong in background: founders include elite competitive programmers and former founders, plus leaders from frontier AI firms and autonomous vehicle and tech companies.

The company's biggest problems are still ahead, and it is building AI that can reason through real-world tasks.

This is a London-based, in-office recruiting role on the EMEA Talent team, reporting into regional leadership to build pipelines for a mix of roles. The focus is technical hiring, with some G&A hiring in finance, legal, people and operations.

The work calls for urgency, precision and sound judgment. You will shape markets, map talent, guide hiring strategy and close strong candidates in competitive settings, not just run process. The best fit builds things as an operator, knows what strong talent looks like in technical and business roles at high-growth tech companies, and can create momentum in unclear, fast-moving markets.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for technical and G&A roles across EMEA.
  • Build detailed talent maps covering enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud and infrastructure, plus the finance, legal, people and operations talent these companies need as they scale.
  • Work with hiring managers to set role requirements, calibration standards, interview plans and candidate profiles.
  • Find and close outstanding passive candidates.
  • Present the company's story clearly, credibly and with energy across the market.
  • Guide candidates through a demanding hiring process while keeping the candidate experience strong.
  • Use data and market insight to show leadership pipeline quality, conversion rates, compensation signals and hiring risks.
  • Partner with international talent leaders to improve the process, raise the bar and build repeatable recruiting capability across EMEA.
  • Advise hiring leaders as a talent advisor rather than just taking orders.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies, including a strong record in technical hiring.
  • Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as finance, legal, people or operations, or the ability to ramp up on them quickly.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools or cloud markets.
  • Experience hiring across several EMEA markets, with knowledge of local market dynamics, employment practices and pay norms.
  • Skill at finding and engaging high-calibre passive candidates.
  • Confidence to challenge, calibrate and advise senior hiring leaders, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage a varied req load across functions and levels and set priorities with sound judgment.
  • High agency, high ownership and close attention to detail.
  • A record of hiring bar-raising talent in competitive markets.
  • Comfort in a fast-changing, 0 to 1 environment.
  • Strong sourcing discipline, with the ability to build pipeline without relying on inbound applications or agencies.
  • A builder mindset, improving the system while doing the work.
  • Based in London or willing to relocate there, and comfortable working from the London office.
  • Nice to have: you have helped build early teams in new international markets.
  • Nice to have: you have recruited for frontier AI, developer tools, infrastructure, cloud or enterprise software companies.
  • Nice to have: you have hired for both technical and G&A roles and can move between them easily.
  • Nice to have: you have worked with regional stakeholders, founding country leaders or G&A leaders.
  • Nice to have: you can shift between strategic talent mapping and hands-on execution.
  • Nice to have: you care more about quality than speed.
  • Nice to have: you know how to close candidates who have several offers.
