Description

This is a temporary role , running from now until around February 2027. It is not a permanent position.

Hozah is a tech-led, award-winning company driving change in the parking industry and reimagining urban mobility. Our mission is simple but powerful: to transform parking into a seamless, automated experience, paving the way for smarter, more sustainable cities.

With recent recognition as PayTech Company of the Year, a place among Deloitte's Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies in the UK, and significant VC/PE investment, we're one of the fastest scaling companies in the country.

Role Overview

We have a busy few months ahead, with 20 to 30 hires to make before the spring. Many of them sit in our commercial and go-to-market teams, particularly junior sales, alongside site engineering and other junior roles. The difference between a good hire and a missed one is often how quickly a strong applicant gets a call.

You will be the first voice candidates hear from Hozah. Working alongside our Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll run first-round interviews at volume, by phone or video, giving every candidate a clear, compelling picture of Hozah and the role, and keeping every application moving.

After each call you'll make a recommendation, and our Head of Talent Acquisition will decide who progresses. Success in this role is simple to measure: a high, consistent volume of first interviews each week, and a high proportion of the people you recommend going on to a second interview. We want hiring managers to trust that anyone you put forward is worth their time.

You'll also support our sourcing using Metaview, and lend a hand with onboarding as new starters join.

This is a temporary contract running from now until around February 2027, and the scope can flex for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Run a high, consistent volume of first-round interviews each week, particularly for commercial and go-to-market roles such as junior sales, as well as site engineering and other junior roles.
  • Represent Hozah brilliantly on every call: explain who we are, what the role involves and why it's worth joining, so strong candidates leave wanting to take the next step.
  • Write clear, structured notes after every call and make a recommendation, so our Head of Talent Acquisition can make fast progression decisions. A high proportion of the people you recommend should reach a second interview.
  • Keep the application inbox moving, booking calls promptly so no candidate waits long to hear from us, and keep the ATS accurate and up to date.
  • Source candidates directly using Metaview, so your call diary stays full when applications are thin.
  • Make sure every candidate, including those who don't progress, has a responsive and professional experience that represents Hozah well.
  • Support onboarding for new starters, such as preparing paperwork and coordinating first-day logistics, so that hires land smoothly.
  • Who we're looking for
  • An excellent speaker who presents confidently and persuasively, on the phone and on video. You can bring a company and a role to life in a few minutes.
  • Recruitment or resourcing experience, in-house or agency, with a track record of running high volumes of candidate calls.
  • Highly desirable: experience with commercial and go-to-market roles, such as sales, business development or account management, ideally in B2B tech or another high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working to numbers. You know your calls per week and how many of the people you put forward reach a next stage, and you can tell us yours.
  • Highly organised, with tidy notes, a well-kept pipeline and reliable follow-up.
  • Warm, professional and at ease talking to people at every level.
  • Confident sourcing candidates directly, not just working from applications. Experience with an ATS and AI recruiting tools, ideally Metaview, would be an advantage.
  • Available to start soon and to commit to a temporary contract until around February 2027.
