Description

You will act as a strategic partner to the company's business teams, running hiring from start to finish for every open role in an assigned zone, segment or function.

Your work covers sourcing approaches, structured interviews, judging whether candidates suit the role, team and company, and working with hiring managers on talent plans. You will also run projects and follow talent market trends to advise business leaders.

  • Monitor the talent market and turn what you find into practical advice for business leaders.

Requirements

  • Solid background in talent acquisition, recruiting or a closely related field.
  • Good understanding of hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending hires.

  • Desired: experience reading the labor market and giving business leaders actionable insights.
  • Desired: familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Power BI, etc.).

Conditions

For positions based in Poland, the annual salary range is 135,200 PLN to 185,900 PLN.

Where you land in the range depends on your relevant skills and qualifications, your prior job-related experience, and internal equity, meaning alignment with colleagues in similar roles.

Pay ranges are reviewed regularly to stay competitive with the external market and consistent internally.

Benefits

  • On top of base salary, a broad package of benefits and allowances may be available, such as health and wellness coverage, retirement or savings plans, role-related allowances (mobility, transport, or a company car where applicable), work-life balance support such as flexible working and leave programs, and recognition and incentive schemes tied to performance and company success.
  • The exact package depends on the role, location and employment terms, and is set out in the Colleague Value Proposition document, shared before the interview or at the offer discussion stage.
  • Performance bonus: details are shared during offer discussions.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.
