  • Lead offer discussions, including more complex cases, balancing candidate expectations with business needs.
  • Keep ATS and process data accurate and up to date for reporting, compliance and operational excellence.
  • Apply Lean thinking and continuous improvement in daily recruiting work.
  • Find process bottlenecks and practical fixes that improve speed, quality and stakeholder experience.
  • Share best practice, market insight and sourcing approaches across the TA team.
  • Support TA projects, new tools and changes to how the function works.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant recruitment experience, with solid end-to-end hiring skills.
  • Proven record of recruiting for complex roles across several functions or business areas and countries.
  • Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience advising hiring managers and stakeholders through the whole process.
  • Ability to use recruiting data, funnel metrics and market insight to support decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong offer management and negotiation skills.
