Description

The role is based in Budapest and works in a hybrid model.

You will join the global talent services line within the company's hubs. The hubs host core strategic business operations and provide centralised services across medical, finance, people, procurement, digital, R&D and other functions.

The talent acquisition service in the hubs covers end-to-end hiring for general medicines, specialty care, vaccines, R&D and manufacturing, serving regions in proximity.

You will recruit for the Europe region and handle high hiring volumes. Average annual hiring in 2023 and 2024 was above 5000, with roughly 1500 to 2000 of those hires in French. Volumes are expected to grow as launches expand in the region.

The team is part of the Chief Talent Office and works alongside the company's global talent acquisition network.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with functional heads so talent stays central to strategic planning.
  • Help create an employee value proposition for the hub, working with the lead talent acquisition team and the hub's employer branding team.
  • Work with the country talent management team to see the full picture of internal and external talent.
  • Apply a data-driven approach and show return on investment through clear metrics.
  • Lead a strong talent assessment process that delivers the best candidates.
  • Work with P&O, hiring managers and colleagues to improve the experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Keep data accurate across talent acquisition systems and tools, including Workday, job boards and social media.
  • Provide regular hiring status reports to business stakeholders.
  • Share best practices, talent intelligence and market insight across all hubs to improve hiring results.

Requirements

  • Solid background in recruiting, with a record of hiring strong talent.
