Description

The content of this role is written in English because it involves frequent work with the company's international subsidiaries, where English is the working language.

Based in Lyon, the team sits within the company's Manufacturing and Supply division, which links research to patients by making sure medicines are produced reliably, launched faster and delivered affordably worldwide.

The company sees manufacturing as a growing competitive edge, and digital tools as the driver of its next steps.

The Digital M&S Accelerator builds high-value digital products. You would support 12 blockbuster launch teams and 40 global factories across R&D and M&S.

You would work with real-time IoT data from production and laboratory equipment, alongside scientists and engineers on one of the strongest treatment pipelines in biopharma.

The programme aims to speed up 3-5 new blockbuster launches a year (each over €1B in annual revenue), build digitalised Lighthouse factories, and cut costs by over €500M within five years.

The office is in central Lyon, with cafés and restaurants nearby and good public transport links.

The role suits someone who questions the status quo, has deployed AI/ML solutions with robust lifecycle management, spots improvement opportunities and delivers across technologies and cross-functional teams.
