  • Align product roadmaps with key P0 partners and standardize IT and OT data sets to improve operations and efficiency.
  • Define release readiness through simulation, integration testing and hardware validation.

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years managing engineering teams.
  • A proven record of running several technical workstreams while mentoring senior engineers, technical leads or engineering managers.
  • Strong architecture skills in distributed services, infrastructure software, telemetry platforms or industrial automation.
  • Experience shipping software that connects to physical infrastructure, with a clear understanding of timing, reliability and failure handling.
  • Ability to assess system builds and review production code in Python, Go or C++.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex systems by working across software, hardware, operations and external partners.
  • Ways to stand out: experience with data center electrical infrastructure, liquid cooling, building management systems or supervisory controls.
  • Ways to stand out: familiarity with equipment and telemetry interfaces such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT or Redfish.
  • Ways to stand out: experience with Kubernetes, time-series data systems, Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry, or equivalent experience.
  • Ways to stand out: background in digital twins, simulation, commissioning or hardware-in-the-loop validation.
