Description

The company combines engineering, supply chain and manufacturing services for large brands, with 60 years in the industry and over 100 sites worldwide.

The team is hiring a Lead Program Manager to run Hyperscale Modular Data Center programs from planning through to sustaining production.

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end execution of complex Modular Data Center programs, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and customer commitments.
  • Act as the single integration point across customer, engineering, supply chain, business, manufacturing and factory operations, and combine workstreams for rack integration, power, cooling, network and infrastructure, test and validation, and site readiness into one executable plan.
  • Lead a global, cross-functional Core Team spanning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, business and operations.
  • Build and maintain the integrated master schedule, find critical-path constraints, drive recovery plans and push functional teams when they fall behind.
  • Run the PLCM and Phase Gate process so deliverables, readiness criteria and approvals are complete at each gate.
  • Lead planning across development, validation and verification, manufacturing readiness, ramp and transition to sustaining production.
  • Set up regular cadences: Core Team reviews, executive reviews, build-readiness reviews, priority syncs and escalation forums.
  • Manage program risks and issues early, build mitigation and contingency plans, and escalate before customer commitments are hit.
  • Own program NRE and budget performance, including baseline setup, actual-versus-plan reviews and the financial effect of changes.
  • Coordinate change management across engineering and operations so scope, schedule and cost impacts are known before commitments are made.
  • Turn complex cross-functional problems into clear, data-backed recommendations for executives.
  • Keep customers and senior stakeholders informed on program health, milestones, risks, recovery actions and decisions needed.
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across programs to make delivery more repeatable and scalable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years of experience in data center or rack integration and services project management.
  • A track record of working successfully with executives and senior leaders.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Ability to be the main contact for key customers.
  • Ability to work across several technical teams and lead across regional teams.
  • Experience working with multiple technical teams in collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel within the US and internationally as needed.
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
  • Master's degree preferred, or equivalent knowledge of modular data center work.
  • Engineering degree (design or mechanical) preferred.

Conditions

Fast-paced hyperscale environment where speed, disciplined execution, proactive risk management, data-driven decisions and clear customer communication matter most.

Travel within the US and internationally as required.

The company is an equal-opportunity employer.
