The team is the PMO for global repair factory operations across six repair centers worldwide. It sets governance, runs projects, grows the business and improves processes across a distributed organization.

Responsibilities

• Help manage project work across the repair centers, from start to finish.
• Draft project business cases and keep the project management portal current so project status stays accurate in near real time.
• Build KPI dashboards, portfolio performance reports and trend analyses for the PMO.
• Track business cases, report milestones and monitor on-time delivery as part of governance.
• Work with stakeholders in several regions and at multiple repair centers.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management or a related field.
• You are aiming for a major in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Skill with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for executive reporting.
• Familiarity with writing process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Preferred: a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Preferred: experience in project management, PMO operations or a similar role.
• A plus: PMP certification.

Conditions

Pay range: $65,500.00 - $90,000.00, set by location, hire grade, job knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.

Location: Austin, TX. Full time, new college graduate role.

No travel required. Relocation is not available.
